Meet Winchester, VA, Dental Office Staff

Tiffany was born and raised in Frederick County, Virginia, and has more than 26 years of experience in the dental field. Throughout her career, she has gained extensive knowledge in both dental assisting and practice operations, giving her a well-rounded understanding of every aspect of the patient experience.

 

As Practice Manager at Peak Dental, Tiffany is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their visit. She enjoys getting to know patients, helping them smile with confidence, and ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional care Peak Dental is known for.

 

Outside the office, Tiffany enjoys spending time at home with her husband, Eric, and their English Mastiff, Quin.

 

 

Florentina: Dental Hygienist
Florentina is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 20 years of dental experience, 12 of which as a registered dental hygienist. Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Western Community College in  May 2012 with an  Associate Degree of Applied Sciences in Dental Hygiene and received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award for clinical excellence! Her favorite part of being a hygienist is getting to know the patients and helping them achieve healthy gums through non-surgical periodontal treatments, education, and preventive care.

 

Born and raised in Romania, Florentina has been living in the United States since 2003 and in Winchester since 2004. She and her husband have one grown son and two spoiled cats. When she isn’t busy at the practice, her favorite hobbies include gardening, reading, cooking and baking for family, friends, and church gatherings.

 

 

 

 

Jamie earned her Dental Assistant Certification at Fortis Institute in Wayne, NJ.  After graduating in 2017, she moved to Virginia with her husband John.  Jamie began dental assisting at Peak Dental in April 2024 and strives for excellent patient care and creating trusting relationships. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and making delicious desserts.  

 

 

With over 10 years of experience as a dental assistant, Kendra is thrilled to be back with the Peak Dental team in the same familiar location. After stepping away to raise her three teenaged daughters, she’s especially happy to reconnect with former patients and welcome new ones.

She brings the same dedication to patient comfort, compassionate care, and creating positive dental experiences.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, and taking walks with her dogs, Mazzy and Ebony.
